Kilkenny business issues 'official apology' following 'immense panic'

Since moving into their new premises on Rose Inn Street, Valley of Roses has been thriving, more than ever before.

For over a decade now, Andriana and her team have been providing customers in Kilkenny and further afield with incredible perfumes.

On reflection, the business has issued a humurous and firmly tongue-in-cheek apology message on social media, where they note the 'attention' they have received and its various impacts.

"We need to make a formal apology to our customers at Valley of Roses," the statement began.

"It has come to our attention that we have caused immense panic, widespread attention, and rise in urgency over the past two weeks. Thousands of you have been taking action all because of us.

"Our sincere apologies to anyone who’s been late because of strangers stopping them in the street to ask where they’re new perfume is from, to those who we have caused your exes coming back on the scene because they can’t forget your scent.

"We also apologies [sic] to those who can’t keep off the website because of our insane offers this month.

"We know you’re fed up of your friends constantly spraying your perfume so we just wanted to give you some incredible offers to stock up…

"We take full responsibility for the attention, head turns, and the delivery man doing over time.

"Valley of Roses xx"

Proprietor and local entrepreneur Andriana Tsankova relocated from Bulgaria to Ireland in 2014 and has built a successful retail brand here with Valley of Roses.

The brand has amassing an impressive online following and a 400-strong 'inspired by' range of eau de parfum, skincare, and bespoke fragrances. It also employs 10 people across the business.
