Lorenzo Puddu - Esker Hills, Portlaoise

The death occurred on Tuesday of Lorenzo Puddu, Esker Hills, Portlaoise, aged two, son of Jessica and Paolo. Lovingly mourned by his parents, twin brother Tommaso, grandparents Carla, Ezio and Tina, all his uncles and aunts, cousins and playmates.

Reposing at his parents' house at 76 Hawthorn Way, Esker Hills, Portlaoise, Eircode R32DKN7, on Friday. Cremation will take place at Newlands Cross on Saturday at 11.30am which may be viewed on webcam. https://www.dctrust.ie/location/newlands-cross/chapel-webstream.html

Elizabeth (Lil) O'Connor (née Kelly) -  Portarlington / Ballybrittas

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Lil) O'Connor (née Kelly), Coolaghy, Portarlington, and formerly of The Derries, Ballybrittas peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jeremiah (Jer) , brothers Sean (recently) and Peter. Deeply regretted by her loving family Anne, Patrick, Noel and Paul, brother Brendan, grandchildren Darrell, Evan, Lauren and Jamie, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Geraldine and Linda, sisters-in-law Jackie, Kay and Una, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Sunday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal from her residence on Monday morning at 11:15am arriving St Paul's Church, Emo for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

John (Jackie) Behan - Tierernane, Ballickmoyler, Carlow / Laois

The death has occurred of John (Jackie) Behan, Tierernane, Ballickmoyler, Carlow, R93 T380 / Laois.  Predeceased by his parents Jack and Molly, sister Frances and beloved daughter Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Carmel, children John, Joe, Anne, Maurice, Michael, Brede and Helen, brothers Paddy, Jim and Tim, sisters Betty, Maureen and Noreen, son-in-law Mario, daughters-in-law Paula, Theresa, Siobhán and Sheila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence R93T380 on Sunday (March 24th) afternoon from 5pm to 8pm, with prayers at 8pm. Reposing on Monday afternoon (March 25th) from 2pm to 8pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Tuesday afternoon to St Abban's Church Killeen for Requiem Mass at 1pm.Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired  to The Poor Claire's Convent Graiguecullen.

Seán Treacy- Roskeen

The death has occurred of Seán Treacy No. 2 Chapel Street, Tullamore formerly Roskeen, Killeigh and St. Olivers Estate, Geashill (suddenly) on March 19th 2024. Beloved son of the late Paddy and Martha and dear brother of Tom, Pat, Ger, Mary and Michael. Deeply regretted by his sister and brothers, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, family circle, neighbours and his many friends. Rest In Peace.
