It features music workshops and a livestream concert which took place this year in Portlaoise library. The online performance featured over 170 harpers and pipers from across Ireland, Scotland and Tokyo. Brand new music composed by Scottish musicians Catriona McKay (harp) and Chris Stout (fiddle) was performed by Tionól harpers and pipers and the Music Generation Laois Trad Orchestra. Photographer Alf Harvey was there and captured all the action.
