A GoFundMe Campaign was launched to help those affected by the tornado damage to their homes and businesses.
The freak weather event on Sunday afternoon has caused severe damage, with high winds tearing through the Leitrim Village, leaving cars, homes, buildings, businesses and trees badly damaged.
John McManau is organising the fundraising and said, “every euro donated will help and will be distributed to the residents of Leitrim Village.”
