Thief breaks window and steals cosmetics from Limerick business

GARDAÍ are investigating after a thief smashed a window and stole cosmetics from a Limerick shop.

The incident happened at a premises on William Street in Limerick city on the morning of Friday, March 22.

A thief threw a brick through the front window of a commercial premises at 5am.

He succeeded in breaking the glass and then reached inside and stole a number of cosmetic items.

He placed the items into a plastic bag and left. Unfortunately, there is no description of the thief and it is not know what direction he left in.

Gardaí at Henry Street garda station are appealing for witnesses. They can be contacted at 061 212400.
