Tanya Costello, the owner of ‘Tanya’s Therapeutic Burrow’ at Clonard, Ballymahon N39 W012 is holding an Open Day this Saturday, September 23 from 12 noon to 2pm.
Tanya is a Creative Psychotherapist specialising in play therapy and nature based therapy, focused on meeting the specific needs of young clients between the ages of three to 17.
Her services include individual and group therapy sessions, meditation and mindfulness practices and holistic healing. Tanya’s therapeutic interventions are designed to help individuals to “improve their mental, emotional and physical well-being, enhance their self awareness and build healthier relationships”.
The aim of Saturday’s Open Day is to celebrate the development of Tanya’s Therapeutic Burrow since it opened.
Tanya plans to thank those who helped her to establish the business and she also hopes to convey her passion for her job describing it as a ‘dream come true’. She will also address the importance of protecting the mental health of young people in the community.
For those planning on attending the Open Day on Saturday, tea and coffee will be provided in a marquee. There will also be a ribbon cutting ceremony between 1pm and 1.30pm with the new logo design for ‘Tanya’s Therapeutic Burrow’ being officially unveiled too.
