Thirty-one young people received their Confirmation at a recent ceremony held in St Brigid’s Church, Ardagh.
The occasion marked the first visit of Bishop of Ardagh and Clonmacnois Paul Connell to the parish.
Fr Vinny Connaughton PP Ardagh & Moydow, Claire Flood and Catherine Mc Dermott presented a beautiful handcrafted St Brigid’s Cross made by Dermot Farrell in Ardagh to Bishop Connell.
