Street Feast returns!
Street Feast returns this May and it is hoped the take up in Longford will be even bigger this year.
The aim of Street Feast - a nationwide event whereby people get together to share food - is to help neighbours across Longford connect, and with more people looking for real moments of community, people are encouraged to actively get involved.
Street Feast takes place on Saturday May 23 and Sunday 24, and Longford neighbourhoods who wish to get involved can simply register on StreetFeast.ie where they will get a free party pack delivered to their door.

The pack will be stocked with bunting, posters, invitations and a DIY guide to help you arrange a memorable street fest.
There’s also the option to collect a pack from one of 20 participating Tesco stores.
Now in its 16th year, this national weekend has become a great way to connect with your neighbours and to help your community become more connected.
