One lucky Irish Lotto player is waking up €1 million richer this Saturday after hitting the jackpot in Friday night’s Daily Million draw.
The top prize was scooped in the 9pm draw on Friday, July 18, with the winning ticket bought as a Quick Pick on the day.
The winning numbers were: 9, 20, 25, 33, 37, 39, and the bonus ball was 29.
It’s the fifth time the €1 million Daily Million prize has been won in 2025.
The National Lottery is urging players across the country to check their tickets carefully, especially anyone who bought one on Friday.
While the exact location of the lucky shop hasn’t yet been confirmed, the National Lottery has revealed that the winning ticket was sold in Laois – with the store due to be officially named on Tuesday, July 22.
“What fantastic news to wake up to, with another substantial win for one Daily Million player - a huge congratulations to our winner in Laois,” said National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O’Dwyer.
“We’re now urging all of our players to check their Daily Millions tickets very carefully – you could be holding a winning ticket!”
Winners are advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange collection.
