A coffee morning was held in the C J Kickham band hall in Tipperary Town in aid of the South Tipperary Hospice Movement.

The event was organised by Siobhan Nugent and a group of volunteers.

“The Tipperary Hospice Movement is very dear to so many people for their work helping Palliative care patients and their families in South Tipperary and West Waterford. They aim to provide a more comprehensive support system for patients receiving palliative care whilst also supporting their families, with a continued focus on delivering the highest standard of care,” said one of the organisers.

The amount raised at the coffee morning was €1,620. The organisers were very happy with the attendance and the generous response to the event.

The proceeds of the coffee morning were handed over by the organisers of the event recently to Anne Guida.
