Overcrowding concerns grow at Tipp special needs school as issue is discussed in the Daíl

Concerns about overcrowding and capacity limitations at Scoil Aonghusa, a special needs school in Cashel, were brought to attention in the Dáil this week by two Tipperary representatives.

Sinn Féin TD Martin Browne and Independent TD Mattie McGrath highlighted the issues at the school on Cahir Road in Cashel during the Topical Issues segment on November 6, following selection by the Ceann Comhairle.

Cashel-based Deputy Browne called for a commitment and a commencement date for work on expanding the school.
