Clonmel Rowing Club are bringing their rowing ergometers to the Main Guard on this Saturday, December 21, for their annual Christmas fundraiser.

Last year, this event was very popular and it gives an opportunity to the club’s young and not so young rowers to show just how fit they are.

Come along on the day and show your support for the oldest sporting club in Clonmel.

The Clonmel Rowing Club members are also delighted that coach Jimmy Fennessy has been honoured with the Jimmy Cooney Lifetime Achievement Award in the annual Annerville amateur sports awards, sponsored by Bulmers and presented by the Tipperary United Sports Panel.

The awards will be presented in the Talbot Hotel Clonmel on Saturday night, January 25.
