Roscrea locals are being given a chance to influence the future of Grant’s Hotel on Castle Street in the middle of the historic town.
As redevelopment plans progress, community feedback has been requested by the Tipperary County Council to ensure the site serves the town’s needs and locals have been invited to join the discussion on Thursday, 27th February, at The Black Mills, Roscrea, from 13:30 to 17:30.
On the night, locals can meet the project team, share ideas, and explore possibilities for the site. Also, anyone who cannot attend, they can email their feedback to tcf@tipperarycoco.ie with the subject “Roscrea Feasibility Study”.
The site has been closed since 2013, and back in late 2024, the location was being touted to be turned into a 24-room hotel by a former local Councillor.
