Senior Cycle Business Studies students on Parkgate Street Dublin visiting the Criminal Courts of Justice

Our Senior Cycle Business Studies students made the journey to Parkgate Street Dublin to visit the Criminal Courts of Justice.

Organised by the Courts Service, students are afforded a brilliant opportunity to view court proceedings as well as be guided by a legal professional who explains key terms in the court setting, the various personnel in the courtroom, including the registrar, tip staff, court clerk etc.

The rights of a citizen under Bunreacht na hÉireann were also discussed with our students and our legal professional, a practising barrister also distinguished between Civil & Criminal Law.

Thanks to Ms Bergin & Ms Cahill on arranging this brilliant day out that was hugely informative and enjoyed by all.
