HAVING won the Senior Hurling Championship for the first time in their long history, Shinrone's selection as the Offaly club of the year was a foregone conclusion and they were duly honoured at Offaly GAA Convention on Tuesday night.
Chairman Michael Duignan announced the winner to a large attendance while Tullamore GAA were honoured on the double as the underage club of the year and the Scor club of the year.
