The Scottish Liberal Democrats are set to announce their full list of Scottish Parliament election candidates.
Party leader Alex Cole-Hamilton and candidate for Edinburgh Northern Sanne Dijkstra Downie will visit a food-and-drink business on Wednesday.
They are expected to announce the party’s full list of candidates ahead of the election in May.
Mr Cole-Hamilton is expected to say: “I am delighted to be in Edinburgh today, talking to staff about what we’re doing to help small businesses and the next generation of entrepreneurs thrive.
“It’s time to get Scotland moving again – that’s what Scottish Liberal Democrats are all about.
“We’ve got a formidable sweep of candidates in every corner of the country who are already rolling up their sleeves, raring to get going.
“We are the party that gets stuff done. The support package we secured for entrepreneurs in this year’s budget is proof positive of that, and it’s only the beginning. Just imagine what we could do with more MSPs.
“No matter where you live in Scotland, if you like getting stuff done, you should back the Scottish Liberal Democrats on your second, peach-coloured, regional ballot paper in May.”
Mr Cole-Hamilton and Ms Downie will also be discussing their party’s plans including getting Scotland moving again, backing young entrepreneurs and supporting small businesses.
