Scunthorpe came from behind to continue their 100 per cent start to the National League season with a 3-2 victory over 10-man Sutton.
The away side hit the front in the 13th minute after Oli Ewing teed up Declan Howe to score.
Sutton turned the game on its head with strikes either side of the break courtesy of Jack Taylor’s header before Brandon Njoku turned home a cross two minutes after the break.
But Scunthorpe pulled themselves level nine minutes later through Oliver Rose’s first-time effort before Danny Whitehall bundled one over the line from a free-kick.
Sutton’s hopes of getting back in the game were hit when Liam Vincent saw red for lunging in on Joe Rowley.
