Leo Farrell at the double as Scunthorpe return to winning ways at Yeovil

Leo Farrell scored twice as Scunthorpe revived their National League play-off push with a 3-0 victory at Yeovil.

The Iron – who had not won in six league games – took the lead five minutes into the second half through a penalty from Danny Whitehall.

Farrell then struck with 16 minutes left, finishing off a slick passing move involving substitute Tyler Denton and winger Callum Roberts.

Scunthorpe wrapped things up with a third in added time when Farrell raced clear to finish past Glovers goalkeeper Jed Ward.
