Drivers advised to expect delays in these part of Tipperary from Monday

Drivers advised to expect delays in these part of Tipperary from Monday

Tipperary County Council have announced the closure of the following roads in Tipperary from Monday, April 3. 

R515, Lattin

The R515 Lattin will be closed from April 3 to April 5, between 8am and 6pm, for essential pavement maintenance works.

Diversions will be in place. 

R498 Lower Main Street Borrisoleigh to Rathmoy Borrisoleigh

The R498 Lower Main Street Borrisoleigh to Rathmoy Borrisoleigh will be closed between 7am and 6pm from April 3-6. 

The works are to facilitate resurfacing works. 

Local access will be maintained, and diversions will be in place. 


L-3262 Curraguneen to Ballynough

The L-3262 Curraguneen to Ballynough will be closed for resurfacing from

April 3-6 from 7am to 7pm.

Diversion will be in place, and local access maintained.

Drivers advised to expect delays. 

L7523 Flemingstown

the L7523 Flemingstown will be closed from April 3 -5 for road resurfacing.

Closure applies from 8am to 6pm for the duration of the works.

Traffic will be diverted along the L3502 and L-3510

M8 Motorway

Several junctions on the M8 will be closed next week. 

Junction 6 (Horse and Jockey/Thurles) Southbound on-ramp, Junction 8 (Cashel/Fethard/Clonmel) Southbound on-ramp and Junction 9 Southbound (Cashel/Tipperary) off-ramp will be closed from 8pm on Monday, April 3 until 7am, Tuesday, April 4.

Junction 9 (Cashel/Tipperary) Northbound on-ramp and Junction 8 (Cashel/Fethard/Clonmel) Northbound off-ramp will be closed from 8pm on Tuesday, April 4, until 7am on Wednesday, April 5.

Junction 10 (Cahir) Northbound on-ramp will be closed from 8pm on Wednesday, April 5, until 7am on Thursday, April 6.
