Gardaí appeal for information on a burglary in Waterford residence

A BURGLARY, which took place during daylight hours, saw a sum of money being stolen from a Waterford residence.

The thief entered a house at Williamstown Village, Williamstown Road on Wednesday, July 26 between the hours of 4pm and 5pm.

Gaining entry via the back patio door, the thief stole a sum of money from the kitchen, in what gardaí believe to have been a 'very short time frame during the afternoon'.

If you were in the area at this time and observed anything suspicious please contact Waterford Garda Station on 051 305300.
