A woman has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court following a breach of bail two hours after it had been granted.
Lisa Farren (32) of Glenngrainne Gardens in Park, County Derry had appeared in court on Saturday morning charged with disorderly behavior in Altnagelvin Hospital and assaulting police on February 12.
She was also charged with criminal damage after urinating in a police vehicle on February 21.
As part of her bail conditions for the criminal damage charge, she was not to be intoxicated in public. Within two hours of her release, police were called to Lisnagelvin shopping centre and she was found to be intoxicated and she was again arrested.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley said that Farren was a woman of a 'relatively young age' and 'some intelligence' but added that she had a clear problem with alcohol, telling the court that, after her release, she had 'been through the horrors' and began drinking vodka.
Deputy District Judge Liam McStay granted bail, giving her 'one final opportunity'.
She will appear again on March 12.
