The following deaths have occurred:-
Patrick Andrew (Drew) Callan, 19 Glenbrae Gardens, Derry
The death has occurred of Patrick Andrew (Drew) Callan, 5th April 2023, (peacefully) at Oakleaves Care Centre, beloved husband of Helen, 19 Glenbrae Gardens, loving father of Martina, Michelle, Deborah, Drew, Michael and Feargal and a much loved father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. His remains will be reposing in his home. Funeral from there on Saturday at 10.25am for 11o’clock funeral service in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Larchwood Care NI Ltd (Greenhaw Lodge Resident Comfort Fund) C/o Eimer McWilliams, 42 Racecourse Rd, Derry, BT48 8DA. Ann Carter (née Simpson), 67 Anderson Crescent, Limavady
The death has taken place of Ann Carter (née Simpson), 5th April 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital. Loving mother of Steven, Celine, Johnny, Allison and the late Finlay, a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Deeply regretted by her sister, brothers and all the family circle. Private family time from 10.00pm to 10.00am Please. Funeral service in her home, 67 Anderson Crescent, Limavady on Saturday at 1.00pm followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery. William George McGonigle, Dungiven
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of William George McGonigle peacefully at Edenvale Care Home on 6th of April 2023. May he rest in peace. Loving son of the late George and Nellie R.I.P and dear brother of Mickey, Ella McGee, Lawerence and the late Adrian and Bridie R.I.P. Deeply regretted by his nieces and nephews and the entire family circle. Reposing at his brother Mickey’s home, 23 Hass Road, Dungiven. Funeral on Saturday, 8th April leaving his brother’s home at 10.20am for 11.00am Funeral Service in Saint Patrick’s Church Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. George’s Requiem Mass will be held on Monday 10th of April at 11am in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven. Family flowers only, donations if wished in lieu to Marie Curie c/o McLaughlin Funeral Directors. Eileen McKee (née Love), 5 Westland Drive, Magherafelt
The death has occurred of Eileen McKee (née Love), 6th April 2023, beloved wife of Michael and loving mother of Damian, Barry, Martin, Sean and Sinead (Ferry), dear sister of Olive and the late Maggie, James, Kathleen and Francis. Funeral from her home, 5 Westland Drive on Saturday, 8th April at 10.20am for 11.00am Liturgy of the Word in Church of our Lady of the Assumption Magherafelt via webcam at Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St. John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her husband, sons, daughter, daughters in law Sinead, Fiona, Lisa, Michelle, son in law Eugene Ferry, grandchildren, sister, nephews, nieces and extended family circle.
