We regret to inform you that the death has occurred of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Breslin (née Fisher), November 2 2024, peacefully after a short illness, (formerly of Eastway Gardens), beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of Liam, Seamus, Philomena, Siobhan, Patricia, Paul, Ken and the late Raymond, Angela and Helena and a dear and loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Betty will be reposing at her home, 106 Grangemore Park, Derry. House private please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving her home on Monday, November 4 at 11:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 12:00noon. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Dr Bronagh Doherty (née MacMahon), Deanfield, Limavady Road, Derry

Devoted grandmother of James, Luke, Einin, Silvie, Isabella, Isaac and Isla. The death has occurred of the late Veronica McShane (née Curran), November 1 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by her loving family, devoted wife of the late Tony, loving mother of Dorothy, Bernard, Jacqueline and Tony and much loved grandmother of Emma, Grace, Laura, Conor, Mark, Oran and Shay, and great-grandmother of Ada, John, James, Lily and Reggie. Her remains will be reposing in her home, 1 Glenabbey Cottages, on Sunday from 4.00pm - 8.00pm and on Monday from 1.00pm - 8.00pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.20am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Patsy Moore, Derry
The death has occurred of the late Patsy Moore, November 2 2024, at Ardlough Care home, beloved husband of the late Teresa. Loving father of Maureen, Breege, Thomas, Sean, Kevin, Eamon and the late Pearse and Emmett Patsy will be reposing at his daughter Breege's home, 25 Little Diamond. The death has taken place of the late Jack O'Doherty, 1st November 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of Veronica, loving father of Jacqueline, Caroline, Gregory and Deirdre, devoted grandfather of Patricia, Jonathan, Jack, Charlotte, Jack, Joshua, Luke and Kristian and great-grandfather of Adam, Eloise and Nora, cherished son of the late Paddy (Tight Coat) and Anna, dear and loving brother of Sadie, Cathal and the late Marie and Leo, a dear father-in-law and loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
