The death has occurred of the late John (Johnny George) Bruce, called home May 14, 2024 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, beloved husband of the late Joseen, 17 Falgotreavy Road, Maghera, much loved and devoted father of William, Tommy and Doreen, dear father-in-law of Heather and Helen, loving granda of John, Lee-Ann, James, Emma, Rebecca, Joanna, Daniel, Rachel, Isaac and Abigail and dearest brother of Norman and the late Willie, Sadie, Josephine and Hugh. House strictly private, family only please. Funeral service in Maghera Presbyterian Church on Friday (May 17) at 2:00pm followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please. We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Eddie Dillon, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on 15th May 2024. Late of 16 Rathmore Crescent and formerly of The Top Of The Hill. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of the late Bernie. Devoted father of Cathy, Martin and Ciara. A much loved father-in-law of Bert and Denise. Loving granda of Deane, Shannine, Adam, Tiernan, Kaelium, Lucy and Shea. Precious great-granda of Callum. Dearest brother of Pat, Clare, Dolores, Una, Ursula and the late John and Brian. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Eddie’s remains will be reposing at his late residence, 16 Rathmore Crescent . Funeral leaving from there on Friday, 17th May at 9:20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has occurred of the late Andrew Michael (Drew) Downey, May 14th 2024, peacefully at Foyle Hospice (surrounded by his loving family in his 79th year) much loved husband of Sylvia, devoted dad of Yvette, Paul, April, Leonard, Heather and Laura, a loving father-in-law, an adored granda and great-granda, a dear brother, and brother-in-law. Funeral leaving his late home, 21 Dullerton Road, Cullion, on Saturday, 18th May, at 1.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Dunnalong Parish Church at 2.00pm burial afterwards in Mountcastle Cemetery.
