Iris Isabella Armstrong, 42 Ringrash Road, Macosquin, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Iris Isabella Armstrong, 8th November 2023, (peacefully) at her home, 42 Ringrash Road, Macosquin, Coleraine, Iris Isabella. Dearly loved wife of William, loving mother of Joan and Robert, mother-in-law of Philip and Sandra, devoted granny of Ross, Kathryn, Sophie and Ben, dear sister of Daphne and Heather and sister-in-law of Hazel. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2A Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Saturday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Portstewart New Cemetery. House strictly private. Family and friends are welcome at Murdock’s Funeral Home on Friday from 6.00pm to 9.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired the Macmillan Nurses or Marie Cure Nurses c/o Mrs Mona Murdock, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Deeply regretted by her loving family and entire family circle.
Myra Caldwell, 9 Otter Park, Strathfoyle, Derry
The death has taken place of Myra Caldwell, 7th November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin hospital, late of 9 Otter Park, Strathfoyle. Beloved wife of the late David, loving mother of George, Pauline, Vivienne, David, Maurice and Raymond , a dear mother in law and a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service in Adair and Neely Funeral Home 10 Foyle Road at 1.00pm on Sunday, 12th November followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Patsy Carlin, 19 Eskaheen View, Derry
The death has occurred of the late Patsy Carlin, 7th November 2023, peacefully at his home, 19 Eskaheen View, beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Robert, Patricia, John, Stevie, Denise and Brendan, devoted grandfather of Shay, Davina, Keelan, Padraic and Grace. Dear son of the late John and Bridget, cherished brother of Maureen, John, Andy and the late Susie, Mickey and Brian. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and the entire family circle. Patsy will be reposing at his daughter Patricia’s home, 140 Strabane Old Road. Funeral leaving 140 Strabane Old Road on Friday, 10th November at 9.20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for him.
Margaret Elizabeth (Lilian) Dixon, 74 Newbridge Road, Coleraine
The death has occurred of Margaret Elizabeth (Lilian), 7th November 2023. peacefully at Robinson Hospital, Ballymoney, late of 74 Newbridge Road, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of James, loving mother of James, Roy and Jon, mother-in-law of Claire and Leann, much loved grandmother of Erika and Anna, sister of Knox. Family flowers only. House private. Service of Thanksgiving in Wades Funeral Home on Friday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Fergus Doherty, 82 Shanreagh Park, Limavady
The death has taken place of Fergus Doherty, 7th November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of Angela, 82 Shanreagh Park, Limavady, loving father of Shauna, cherished stepfather of Aaron and Ronan and devoted grandfather of Éabha and Grace. His remains will be reposing in his home from 8.00pm on Wednesday. Funeral from there on Friday at 9.35am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in Christ The King Church, Limavady. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Elizabeth (Ena) Taylor, 55 Dunnalong Road, Bready
The death has taken place of Elizabeth (Ena) Taylor, 8th November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Formerly of 55 Dunnalong Road, Bready. Dearly beloved wife of Johnny and a much-loved mother of Robert, Gordon, Jason, Darren, Richard and Sabrina. Mother-in-law of Caroline and David. A devoted Grandmother and will be sadly missed by all her brothers and sisters. A funeral service will take place at her late home on Friday, 10th November 2023 at 1.00pm, followed by burial in Mountcastle Cemetery. Family time between 10.00pm to 11.00am please.
