We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Martyn Thomas Attwell, 8th July 2024, peacefully in Milton Keynes, beloved husband of Bernadette (née Doherty) (formerly of Southend Park, the Brandywell). Loving father of Karen and Jennifer; devoted grandfather of Ashleigh-Rose, Nathaniel, Samuel, Kaine, Georgia; great grandfather to twins Freddie and Franklin, Mabel and Mimi, Rose, Miley. Loving brother of Andrew and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Columba’s Church, Long Tower on Friday, 13th September 2024 at 10.00am. Iris Gough (née Cunnane), 15 The Apple Yard, Coleraine
The death has occurred of the late Iris Gough (née Cunnane), 9th September 2024, (peacefully) at her home, 15 The Apple Yard, Coleraine, dearly beloved wife of the late Samuel (Sammy), dear mother of Michael, David and Russell and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Service in Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Thursday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. House Private. Sheena Hopson (née Anderson), 124 Elmgrove, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Sheena Hopson (née Anderson), peacefully at her home on 10th September 2024. Late of 124 Elmgrove and formerly of 63 Lecky Road. May she rest in peace. Beloved mother of Roisin and Eben. A much loved mother-in-law of Rignach. Loving granny of Annie and Ethan. Devoted sister of Robert, Helen, Jack, Peter, Noeleen, Isabell, Christine, Martina and Sharon. Precious daughter of the late Dinky and Betty Anderson. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Sheena’s remains will be reposing at her late residence. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday, 12th September at 11.15am for 12.00pm Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of the late Gerald (Gerry) McLaughlin, 10th September 2024 (peacefully) at his home, surrounded by his loving family, 58 Burnside Park, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of Bernadette, much loved father of Donna, Cathy, Gerry, Colette, Dominic, Gemma, Stephanie, Gary, Richard, Amy and the late Louise, a dear father-in-law, devoted grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather and a beloved brother. Funeral from his home on Friday at 12.00noon for Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Star Of The Sea, Portstewart at 1.00pm followed by interment in St. John’s Cemetery, Coleraine.
