Derry hairdresser chosen to show off his talents as part of X-Factor Final

Derry hairdresser Michael Deery has been selected to show off his own talents as part of this year's X-Factor Final.

He will work alongside world renowned hairdresser Adam Reed to prepare the artists for their performances.

Michael currently has his own studio, Michael Deery Hair/ Lauren Carton Makeup at 2-4 Fountain Street.

The final will take place next weekend on Saturday December 2nd at London's Excel Centre.

Michael told The Derry News that it was still 'surreal' but he is looking forward to working with Mr Reed and getting the chance to learn from him.
