Derry man appears in court on drug supply charges

A Derry man has been returned for trial to the local Crown Court on drug supply charges.
Graham Leper (26), of Stevenson Park in the Tullyally area of the city, appeared at a preliminary enquiry today at the local Magistrate's Court.
He faces charges of being concerned in the making of an offer to supply cannabis to another on May 4, May 10 and May 12 2014 respectively.
His defence solicitor accepted there was a case to answer.
He was returned for trial to appear at Derry Crown Court on September 17.
He was released on his own bail.
