A man subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order will be sentenced in January for breaching that order by being in the presence of children.

Defence counsel Stephen Mooney told the court that the defendant was already subject of a 'lengthy probation report' and so there should be no problem getting a pre-sentence report.
The case was adjourned until January 31 for a pre-sentence report and the defendant was released on continuing bail.
