A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with being concerned in the offer to supply cocaine.
Dylan Lockhart (27) of Beraghvale in Derry was charged with the offences that occurred between December 2022 and August 2023.
Lockhart was already in custody for other matters of a similar nature.
The court heard that police had initially attended his address in August last year. At the time, Lockhart his his phone in the oven and refused police access to the necessary codes to unlock it.
He later allowed police access to the phone and made full admissions to the offences, telling police that he simply panicked at the time.
A police officer told the court that there were 100,000 pages of material on the phone in relation to 'drug supply in general.'
Defence solicitor Jack Quigley told how he had made 'full, candid admissions' to the charges and asked that he be given 'one chance' to abide by bail conditions.
Bail was granted and he will appear again on May 29.
