Homeware store Dunelm are set to raise their prices by 5% after they experienced a 26% in profits.

They have blamed the rise on the fall in value of sterling since Brexit.

The chain have one store in Derry on the Buncrana Road.

A spokesperson for Dunelm said: "Margin was impacted by the depreciation of sterling against the US dollar, both as a result of some cost price increases from direct to store suppliers, and hedges on directly imported products starting to unwind."
