Natalie Molloy (29) of Woodleigh Terrace in Derry was charged after being spotted by police on the Strand Road
A woman has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with breaching bail conditions that had been set on Friday last week.
Natalie Molloy (29) of Woodleigh Terrace in Derry was charged after being spotted by police on the Strand Road, something she was prohibited from doing as part of her bail.
Police gave Molloy a breath test on which she gave a reading of two.
Defense solicitor Seamus Quigley called the breach 'very discreet' and she was again released, with District Judge Barney McElhom telling her solicitor to ensure she fully understands her bail conditions.
