A woman has been given a 'final warning' at Derry Magistrate's Court today that if she breaches her bail conditions she will be going into custody.

Chloe Casey (25) of Stradowen Drive in Derry appeared charged with breaching a non-molestation order between February 6 and March 4 this year.

A police officer connected the accused to the charge and said bail could be agreed with certain conditions.

Defence counsel Sinead Rogan said that the alleged breach related to her sending messages on social media and suggested that bail could be granted on condition Casey had no phone or internet enabled devices.

The police officer said that this case had been listed for a contest but the alleged victim had not turned up.

He agreed to bail as long as all internet enabled devices were removed from the defendant.

District Judge Barney McElholm released Casey on bail but told her this was her final warning and any other reaches would result in custody.

Casey will appear again on April 9.
