Derry woman receives 'final warning' after breaching bail

A woman has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court following a breach of bail.
Chloe Casey (25) of Columcille Court in Derry was arrested after breaching her bail by contacting her former partner and father of her children via Instagram, breaking a non-molestation order that had been issued by the court.
Casey claimed that the messages weren't sent by her but police say that there was nobody else that could have sent them.
It was her sixth breach of bail and she had previously been given a final warning in March this year.
Defence Barrister Sinead Rogan said that Casey had 'been before the court regularly' and that it was a 'fairly straightforward case'.
District Judge Barney McElhom issued an 'absolutely final warning', granting bail. She will appear again on July 11.
