Donation made to Altnagelvin Sperrin Unit in memory of Cheryl Armstrong

In memory of Cheryl Armstrong, her family and friends raised £935 through sponsorship for Joanne Martin and Rachel Borland who ran the recent Walled City Marathon recently.

The money was donated to the Sperrin Unit at Altnagelvin Hospital where Cheryl had received treatment.

Cheryl’s son, Kai, ran the final mile of the marathon with Joanne and Rachel.

The donation was presented to Sperrin Unit nurses Shauna McGroarty and Aisling McGarvey by Joanne, Rachel and Kai along with Cheryl’s son Devin and Zarah Miles, Joanne Kincaid and Ashlene Richmond.
