Economy Minister Simon Hamilton to give keynote address at Derry business lunch being hosted by city's Chamber of Commerce

Economy Minister Simon Hamilton is to be the keynote speaker at an event being hosted by Derry Chamber of Commerce next week.

The business lunch will take place in the City Hotel on Wednesday next, November 23 .

The event is seen as an opportunity for Mr Hamilton (pictured) to talk with local business leaders about the opportunities and challenges offered by the current economic circumstances, including Brexit.

Gavin Killeen, Chamber president, said: “The Chamber is very pleased to be hosting a lunch for economy minister Simon Hamilton to talk to local business leaders.

“This is an important, though uncertain, time for Chamber members.

“Many will want to take this chance to hear what the minister has to say and to hear about the Executive’s strategy for boosting our local economy.”
