Director Conor Lynch praises teams and shoppers for continuing a vital 15-year charity partnership
Teams from six Lynch’s stores came together in September to welcome an all-new fundraising initiative, the Big Daisy Day Out.
The event, which was proudly supported by Barista Bar Coffee, saw over 90 EUROSPAR, SPAR and ViVOXTRA stores host a range of activities across the weekend of the September 25-27.
Teams from EUROSPAR Draperstown, EUROSPAR Skeoge, EUROSPAR Trench Road, EUROSPAR Greysteel, EUROSPAR Caw and SPAR Whitehouse all held activities for shoppers across the weekend. From coffee and bake sales, to raffles and games and lots of other family friendly activities, all held in aid of the Cancer Fund for Children, which the stores have been partnered with since 2011.
Lynch’s Director Conor Lynch commented, “Over the years, this partnership and money raised has allowed Cancer Fund for Children to reach even more young people and their families across the country to provide much needed support.
“This was such an important weekend, our teams loved welcoming shoppers to enjoy the activities instore, and we are proud to have raised such an incredible amount for such a deserving charity.2
