A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a number of drug charges following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrates Court.
Blaine Kelly (22) of Summer Meadows Mews in Derry was charged with a number of offences, including being concerned in the supply of class A and B drugs, possession of class A and possession with intent to supply.
The offences were said to have occurred between August 14 2021 and September 19 2024
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Kelly chose not to call any witnesses and not to submit any statements.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on September 2 and released on continuing bail.
