A man has been charged with a number of driving offences will appear before Derry Magistrates Court on January 2.
The man, aged 38 years old, has been charged with offences including driving with excess alcohol in breath and driving while disqualified.
He was arrested by police in the vicinity of Strand Road in Derry on the evening of December 9.
"As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service," a PSNI spokesperson said.
