Man facing series of drugs charges remanded in custody
Man was granted anonymity due to the nature of the charges
A man has been remanded in custody at Derry Magistrate's Court today on a series of drug charges.
The man who was granted anonymity due to the nature of the charges was charged with a total of 11 charges.
He was charged with unlawfully supplying Pregablin, being concerned in the supply of Pregablin and offering to supply drugs on dates between January 1, 2022 and January 1, 2023.
He was also charged with being concerned in the supply of Diazepam on the same dates
The man was further charged with being concerned in the supply of Ketamine on January 17, 2023 and being concerned in the offer to supply the drug between January 1, 2022 and February 4, 2023.
The defendant was also charged with being concerned in an offer to supply cocaine, Pregablin and other drugs.
A police officer connected the accused to the charges and there was no application for bail.
He was remanded in custody to appear again later this month.
