A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of voyeurism and indecent image charges.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the alleged victim in the case, appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at the Derry Magistrate's Court.
He was charged with voyeurism on dates between July 1, 2022 and July 10, 2022.
He was further charged with voyeurism by installing equipment on dates between June 1, 2022 and July 9 the same year.
The defendant was further charged with 10 charges of possessing indecent images on July 11, 2022.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on June 19 and released on bail.
