Special Brexit event being held in Derry next week to give women a chance to have their say on the big political topic of our time

An event will be held next week to give women a chance to express their views on Brexit.

The Foyle Women’s Information Network and the Women's Centre Derry want to find out what's important to women locally when it comes to the Brexit deal.

With this in mind, there will be a focus group in the Holywell Building at Bishop Street on Wednesday, June 14, at 11.30am.

There will be a talk from Dr Caroline Walsh from Women's Support Network about Brexit and she will answer any questions attendees may have.

This focus group will feed into a key piece of research by the Women's Regional Consortium which will include recommendations for action by government and relevant others.

So come along and make sure your voice is heard.
