Bia at the Wee Bar: A fresh new menu at An Chúirt Hotel

An Chúirt Hotel is delighted to announce the launch of Bia at The Wee Bar, a brand new menu offering that arrives alongside the recent renovation of The Wee Bar.

Taking its name from the Irish word for food, Bia brings together a carefully curated selection of beautifully prepared dishes, crafted with quality ingredients and real attention to detail.

Starters set the tone with pan-seared scallops paired with black pudding crumb, cauliflower purée and apple gel, alongside a smoked Irish goats cheese with salt-baked candied beetroot, roast pear and pistachios, and a gochujang-glazed short rib with celeriac and pancetta.

The main courses showcase the very best of land and sea, from pan-seared halibut with sea vegetables and warm tartar, to pan-roast duck breast with braised red cabbage and cherry, and a pressed pork belly with black pudding bon bon and scallop. For a special occasion, the fillet of beef served with a beef cheek pie and boulangère potato is sure to impress, while a green pea and shallot ravioli with broad bean velouté offers a lighter option. Every main is served with the chef’s side dish of the evening.

Save room for dessert, with highlights including a raspberry and lime parfait with white chocolate and cracked honeycomb, a dark chocolate and Baileys mint tart, and pineapple in rum with coconut sorbet. A selection of Irish cheeses with local crackers and chutney, perfect for sharing between two, rounds off the menu beautifully.

Located in the main hotel building, the newly refurbished Wee Bar offers a cosy and elegant setting, the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a memorable meal.
