In 1966 – amid the whirlwind of Beatlemania – The Beatles recorded Revolver, a ground-breaking album which pushed the boundaries of music.
Sixty years on it is still regarded as one of music’s greatest albums with such iconic songs as Taxman, And Your Bird Can Sing, Dr Robert, Got To Get You Into My Life, Here There and Everywhere and Tomorrow Never Knows.
The Beatles quit touring before Revolver was released meaning fans never got to hear it live. The Mersey Beatles are putting that right with their all new 2026 tour, including an eagerly-awaited night in Derry.

The band, who perform sold-out shows around world, will play many of Revolver’s greatest moments in their show at Millennium Forum as well as another set of Beatles’ classics, including She Loves You, All My Loving, A Hard Day’s Night, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Help, Come Together, Let It Be, Get Back and Hey Jude – plus many more
Just like the real thing, The Mersey Beatles hail from Liverpool where they were the resident Beatles tribute at the world-famous Cavern Club for a decade – playing more than 600 times at the legendary venue where the Fab Four honed their talents in the 1960s.
Since leaving The Cavern Club, the band – Mark Bloor (John), Steven Howard (Paul), Craig McGown (George) and Brian Ambrose (Ringo) – have toured the world many times over.
Looking ahead to their Derry show, Steven said: “We cannot wait to take to the stage at the Millennium Forum. We always have an amazing night there – the audiences are always up for a good time – so this will be another fantastic night.

“Every year we create an all-new show and this year we are delighted to be celebrating the 60th anniversary Revolver – one of the most iconic and ground-breaking albums ever recorded.
“This year’s shows have gone down amazingly well here in the UK and in America and Australia where we’ve just played a string of sold-out dates. It’s a real hit-packed celebration of the greatest band of all time, so Derry… get your tickets now – it’s going to be a brilliant night!”
