Upgrade work on Derry-Coleraine rail line “progressing well”: Translink

Work to upgrade the Derry to Coleraine rail line is “progressing well,” Translink has said.

The link is currently closed and is expected to fully re-open on Monday morning, 21 November, after works to improve level crossings at Bellarena and Castlerock and upgrades to signalling and telecoms infrastructure.

The section of line between Antrim and Coleraine, which was also closed, re-opened on time today.
