Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit en route to Milford
Gardaí received a report of exposed wires at a construction site on Convent Road, Milford, at approximately 1.50pm this afternoon
A cordon has been established and the services of the Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit have been requested to attend an area in Milford where exposed wires were discovered earlier today.

It is understood that children from Milford National School have been evacuated for safety reasons.
