Court for driver in Donegal after as car had no tax for over 1,000 days
As well as no tax, the car had no NCT and the gardaí suspected that the driver had no insurance
Milford Roads Policing Unit stopped a car at their checkpoint in the Derrybeg area on Monday that had not been taxed in over 1000 days.
The car had no NCT and the gardaí suspected that the driver had no insurance. The car was seized and court will follow and Fixed Charge Penalty Notices will also be issued.
