Glenties man faces trial over alleged assault in Letterkenny

A book of evidence was served on the 27-year-old accused who appeared at Letterkenny District Court
A Glenties man is to stand trial at Letterkenny Circuit Court following an alleged assault causing another person harm in Letterkenny.
Jonathan Molloy, 27, appeared before Letterkenny District Court this week.
He is charged that on January 28th, 2022 at Lower Main Street, Letterkenny, he assaulted Reece Gordon causing him harm.
A book of evidence was served on Molloy, of Narin Road, Glenties.
Judge Eiteain Cunningham read the alibi warning to the accused.
The accused man's solicitor, Mr Rory O'Brien, requested one counsel for his client.
Molloy was sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court commencing on February 4th, 2024.
