Carndonagh Tidy Town group seeks more volunteers and new ideas

“Last year the group put on two successful evenings of local people reading out their own work,” organiser David Simpson said.

“There are very few opportunities for people to showcase their work. People can be shy about sharing but it’s worth remembering that every writer has been shy at the beginning.”

To send in your writing or poems for consideration, please go to the Words by the Water Facebook page for the submission guidelines.
