During the session, DLDC’s Community Facilitator for the Defective Concrete Blocks initiative will provide comprehensive information on the DCB Grants Scheme application process

Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) is inviting residents affected by Defective Concrete Blocks (DCB) to attend a free information session aimed at offering support, guidance, and key information on the available grant scheme.

The session will take place on Monday, May 12 from 7pm to 9pm, at Ionad Naomh Pádraig, Dobhar, An Bun Beag, F92 EH6N.

During the session, DLDC’s Community Facilitator for the Defective Concrete Blocks initiative will provide comprehensive information on the DCB Grants Scheme application process. They will also explain the role of the Community Facilitator and the support available through the program. In addition, the facilitator will be on hand to answer questions and offer personalised guidance tailored to the individual circumstances of those in attendance.

This initiative seeks to empower affected homeowners by demystifying the grant application process and clarifying the support structures in place. For more information, attendees can contact Neil Gallagher of DLDC at 0861526044 or by email at [email protected].

This session is part of an ongoing community outreach effort to assist those struggling with the impact of defective concrete blocks on their homes.
